Alex Guarnaschelli

Guarnaschelli Maria Guarnaschelli's daughter , is a cookbook editor. Barnard College awarded her a certificate in art history and art in 1991. The year she graduated, she worked minimum wage in a restaurant named an American Place for one year. Guarnaschelli began her journey into the world of food through helping her mother make a number of dishes and creating the books. Guarnaschelli started her career working in the kitchen of Larry Forgione. Her son Marc Forgione was the Iron Chef. Guarnaschelli later went on to be employed at several restaurants throughout France and Los Angeles. Guy Savoy is the owner of La Butte Chaillot. Prior to being hired by Butter as their chef-in-charge, she worked as a chef for Daniel Boulud at his eponymous restaurant. Prior to its closing, she was the executive chef of The Darby. The Museum of Food and Drink's Culinary Council. In 2013, her first cookbook was published. "Old Foods from School What I learned about how to Cook" combines autobiographical details and the recipes she loves from her the book that she's adapted for her own home. Alex Alex Alex
